Assistant is an AI you can chat with. Ask questions, attach documents and get clear answers with sources. It has three modes. External searches the web. Internal answers only from your own files. Hybrid uses both.
They decide where Assistant looks for answers. External searches the public web, which is good for news, companies and general research. Internal answers only from your own files and Case Files, so nothing outside your workspace is used. Hybrid combines both, checking your files first and filling gaps with the web. You can switch modes at any time in the chat.
Case Files are the documents you upload to a Case. The Assistant reads them and can quote them in its answers.
Reports are documents you write and edit inside Barjeel. You can link them to a Case, attach files and export them when you are done.
Intelligence lets you search for information about a person, company, phone number or email. Each plan includes a set number of monthly searches, and you can save results straight into a Case.
The Library is your personal knowledge base. Files you keep there can be used by the Assistant across all your Cases.
Canvas opens a longer Assistant answer as a clean document you can edit, copy or download as a Word file.
Yes. Your work is visible only to you and the people you allow. Data is encrypted and every important action is recorded in an audit log. Learn more on our Compliance page.
Choose Barjeel Pro on the Plans page and pay by card. You can switch between monthly and annual billing, or cancel, at any time from your profile.
